Important notice

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering goods from the website.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity, or in relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to approve the Terms each time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means PBO A/S.

If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot order or purchase goods on the website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Right of withdrawal".

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects apply to your purchase, which means you have certain statutory guarantees for the conformity of the goods. Read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".

Order

The online store is open 24 hours a day but may be closed due to maintenance. We try as far as possible to carry out such maintenance during night hours.

PBO Group normally accepts and dispatches orders within 1-2 business days. The usual delivery time is 2-5 business days. Longer delivery times may occur during sales, holidays, etc.

For deliveries outside Denmark, however, longer delivery times should be expected.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties must be paid by the recipient.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the Website and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years old, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

* Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified

* Your order has been placed for the purpose of fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity

* An accidental error occurs on the Website, e.g., a payment error or similar

* We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old

At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice details or payment information. You also have the opportunity to change items or remove items from your shopping cart.

When you click "Buy and pay", a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal". Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when placing the order - they are ready to help you.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

After entering into the agreement, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.

Language of the agreement

The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.

Access to the agreement

You will receive an email confirmation of the content of the agreement and a copy of these Terms. We store concluded agreements, including the order confirmation, for a certain period, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they may not subsequently be available on the Website. Please read more under "Track your order and view history".

Measures against fraud

To protect you and our other customers against fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data you send when you order on the Website, including your address and payment information.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods

* Dankort

* MasterCard

* Maestro

* American Express

* Visa

* Mobilepay (offered to customers in Denmark)

Control digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's control digits. You will find the three control digits on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The control digits are necessary for the payment to be processed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.

Payment procedure

When your item leaves our warehouse for delivery, your payment will be debited from the chosen payment service.

PRICES AND DELIVERY

All stated prices for goods, delivery costs, and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT, and duties.

Costs related to delivery, freight, or postage may vary and are added to each order.

Currency

Prices on the Website are shown in Danish kroner for orders from Denmark and in Euro from other countries. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged in.

Please note that changing the country of delivery may affect the price and delivery costs.

Delivery terms

See delivery terms here

RESERVATION
During particularly busy periods (e.g., Christmas), longer delivery times may occur. This will generally be stated on our website.
We reserve the right to deliver to a different delivery location than the one selected if the delivery location you have chosen is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery location chosen by the carrier.

Separate deliveries

If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged extra delivery costs for separate deliveries.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In the case of several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually (i.e., separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.

In the case of a good consisting of several lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement - e.g., by email.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the agreement to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We recommend that you keep the postal receipt as proof that you have handed over the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND INCORRECT GOODS

If your item is defective or we have delivered incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service. If you can already determine the defect, etc. at the time the carrier wishes to make the delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.

In the event of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:

* Return the item and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs once our Customer Service has processed the returned item,

* Return the item and receive a similar item once our Customer Service has processed the returned item, provided we can supply a similar item, or

* Keep the item and request a proportional reduction in the purchase price

When contacting Customer Service, you must provide the order number, any item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.

You are not responsible for costs associated with returning a defective item or an incorrect item. We will naturally refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs when we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item as a replacement for the original item.

Other matters

Website update

We do our best to update the Website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the price for an item is incorrectly stated.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations under the Terms if the delay or non-fulfillment is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire terms of the agreement between us.

Invalidity

Should one or more of the provisions in the Terms be declared wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

Assignment

We are entitled to assign our rights and obligations under the agreement entered into with you to third parties. The assignment is naturally subject to the condition that the standard of the service you receive is not impaired. We will notify you of any assignment. By accepting these terms, you consent to such a possible future assignment. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the assignment, your rights can only be enforced against the third party concerned.

Personal data

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Personal Data Policy, which explains how we use the personal data you provide to us in connection with the ordering process and your use of the Website in general.

You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have complaints about an item you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted by phone, email, and ordinary mail. You can find the contact information for our Customer Service under 'General information' above.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms is subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
