Legal Guarantee & Warranty

When shopping at PBO, you have a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

The legal guarantee covers defects that were present when the item was delivered, including defects caused by circumstances that already existed at the time of delivery.

Your rights

If an item has a defect for which PBO is responsible, you are generally entitled to choose between having the item repaired or having it replaced with an equivalent, defect-free item.

However, your chosen remedy may be refused if it is impossible or would result in disproportionate costs.

If the defect cannot be remedied, or the item cannot be replaced within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may, depending on the circumstances, be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the purchase and receive a refund.

Repair or replacement will be provided free of charge when your claim is justified.

How to make a claim

If you experience a defect or problem with an item, please contact our Customer Service team at shop@pbo-group.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• The item concerned
• A description of the defect or problem
• Photos showing the problem, where relevant

We will then help you with your claim.
