Return Policy

At PBO, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the return period applies from the receipt of the last item.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it is extended to the following working day.

How to return

All returns are created via our return portal.

Go to the return portal

  1. Create your return in the return portal
  2. Choose refund or exchange
  3. Pack the item securely in its packaging
  4. Print your return label or use the QR code at the parcel shop
  5. Drop off the package at the nearest GLS parcel shop
Free exchange
We offer free exchange for a different size or item.
  • 1 free exchange per order
  • 30-day return period
  • Exchange is created via the return portal

Refund

If you choose a refund to the original payment method:

  • For customers in Denmark, DKK 60 will be deducted for return shipping
  • The amount will be transferred back to the same payment method used for the purchase
  • Refund will be issued once we have received and approved the item

Returns from abroad

For customers outside Denmark, returns are created via the return portal. Return costs depend on the country and are displayed in the portal.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, and Spain

Please note that returns from countries outside the EU may incur import duties. Therefore, an administration fee of €20 will be charged for returns from these countries.

Important information

  • You are responsible for the item until we receive it
  • Remember to save your receipt and tracking number
  • We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD)

Condition of the item

You are only liable for any depreciation in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function.

If the item is used or damaged, a deduction may be made from the refund.
