Return policy

When you shop online at www.philosophybluesoriginal.dk you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in multiple batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

How to return

All returns must be created via our returns portal:

Return Portal

  1. Create your return in the returns portal

  2. Choose your desired solution: refund or exchange

  3. Pack the item securely in packaging

  4. Print and attach your return label – or have it printed at the parcel shop by scanning your QR code.

  5. Drop off the package at the nearest GLS parcel shop.

Exchange

We offer free exchanges for another size or item.

  • Valid for 1 free exchange per order

  • Return period: 30 days

  • Exchange is created via the returns portal

Refund

If you choose refund to the original payment method:

  • For customers in Denmark , 60 DKK will be deducted for return shipping.

  • The amount will be refunded to the same payment method as the purchase.

  • Refunds will be made once we have received and approved the item.

Return from abroad

For customers outside Denmark:

  • Returns are made via the returns portal.

  • Return costs depend on country and are displayed in the portal.

For customers residing in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Spain:
- You must purchase a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address:

For customers residing in Norway, UK, Switzerland:

 - Please note that any applicable import duties on returns from outside the EU will result in a charge of €20.

Important information

  • You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

  • Remember to save your receipt and tracking number.

  • We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery (COD).

Condition of the item

You are only liable for any loss of value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its properties and function.

If the item is damaged or used, a deduction may be made from the refund.
